Lia Scomazzon has over 30 years experience as a therapist certified and practising in modalities such as Massage, Bowen Technique and Reiki. Her qualifications are at the highest level in Massage (Remedial) and Bowen (Advanced Certified NST Practitioner). She is a member of AAMT (The Australian Association of Massage Therapists), ANTA (The Australian Natural Therapists Association), and BTAV (The Bowen Therapists Association of Victoria). Each year she updates her skills with a range of training and she has practiced both in Australia and overseas. Over the years, Lia has developed the insight and ability to successfully treat many different clients - people with

  • Acquired Brain Injury and other disabilities
  • Cancer
  • Addictions
  • Chronic illness
  • Emotional and /or psychological issues

Lia is currently working in Nursing Homes, an Addiction Centre, a facility providing supported accommodation for Acquired Brain Injury clients, and with a range of able-bodied clients at her private practice. Lia is convinced that bodywork can be a catalyst to profoundly transform lives. She feels that her work is a journey and the unfolding discoveries along the way continue to inspire her. Her many years’ experience means that her sensitive, skilful work creates a powerful synergy with her clients that connects them to the transforming power of holistic wellbeing.
