Noel Posus is a respected leader of the international coaching industry, a Master Coach with nearly twenty years experience as a professional educator, innovator, coach and author. He has provided coaching and change management solutions to individuals and groups within the corporate, education and sporting sectors and developed numerous specialty coaching programs, including Beyond the Courtroom and Vision for Humanity. He is the author of 30 Days of Incredible Awareness, as well as the soon to be published books, The Personal Balanced Scorecard andThe Wheels of Life.

He began his career lecturing and coaching at the University of Colorado at Denver in multicultural diversity and psychodrama. Leaving academia for the corporate world, Noel has consulted, mentored and coached in nearly 30 countries, eventually making his way to Australia in 1997. Noel has coached within organisations such as Microsoft, American Airlines, Reuters, Ericsson, the Australian Federal Government and numerous top financial institutions. Private clients have ranged from Olympic gold medallists, Oscar winners and artists to students, scientists and politicians.

Noel currently holds directorship in several businesses within the coaching industry and he leads an international team of elite coaches with a wide range of specialties and expertise, delivering coaching services in over 15 languages. He has been instrumental in the training and mentoring of hundreds of coaches, most recently through his work with the Life Coaching Institute of Australia. Noel holds a reputation of distinction amongst his peers, as many coaching careers have been successfully launched due to his personal commitment to helping new coaches establish themselves in the industry.

Although Noel is renowned for his experience, expertise and wisdom, he delivers in an engaging, fun, practical and down to earth manner. His style is assessable and enjoyed by all, from top executives to front line staff. Added to this, Noel is deeply aligned with the Project Balance team and his commitment to social contribution. He gives 25 per cent of his time to altruistic projects and assisting industry Executive Boards. Noel was a key leader in the development of the Australian Life Coaching Society, holding the positions of Vice President and CEO for several years, leading him to being honoured as a lifetime Fellow. Currently he is on the leadership team for the European Coaching Institute and he is also a Honourary Lifetime Member of the Wholistic Business Network.
