Tim has discovered the strength and value behind providing support to others in his managerial roles.  His understanding of technology, systems and project management and his passion for bringing out the best in people, make a rare and valuable coupling, where he can assist clients to bring together the often opposing demands of human and operational needs.  He achieves this through utilising a combination of mentoring, coaching and consulting techniques, with a particular emphasis on technology, engineering and technical business development.

Tim currently works closely with small business owners and managers to help them address specific business challenges, discover the best solutions to those challenges and create future opportunities for growth and expansion. Tim tailors his program and approach to the needs of his clients and has managed several business mentoring and training programs on behalf of the University of Adelaide.  His organisational skills shone through particularly when one such program involved 47 businesses and another involved 30 businesses. Tim’s clientele include local government, engineering organizations, the ICT sector, education and small business across a range of industries.

Tim also has a real passion in helping businesses develop and submit tenders.  His tender submission system proved so popular with his clients that he developed workshops and began regularly coaching clients on adapting the system for their own purposes.  Through this work Tim has assisted several businesses win many tenders with an extremely high success rate ranging in value from $50K - $2M.

Life balance is an ideal Tim not only advocates to his clients, but role models in his own life.  Social and community contribution is a crucial aspect of his life.  He has worked as a volunteer for the Starlight Children’s Foundation since 2005 and Engineers Without Borders since 2007.  Tim also feels a strong sense of responsibility to youth, seeing the young generation as our future who need consistent support, nurturing and training in technical and life skills to create strong leaders for the years to come.  He has worked as a volunteer mentor on the SA Great Classroom Connections Project and with Young Achievement Australia, helping students develop their skills and career paths.  He was a session facilitator in 2006 and 2007 for the Young Achievement Australia Managing Directors Management seminar series and a facilitator and a presenter at WRED (2005 and 2006).  His commitment to building sustainable and connected communities begins at home where he is a dedicated husband and contributing father within his own family unit.

Tim brings to his clients a genuine desire to help others.  He has the patience and exceptional communication skills to fully grasp their specific operational complexities and unique team dynamics and works tenaciously to bring about long lasting and consistent results.  Self aware, quietly spoken and always respectful, he brings deep insight and calm to even the most troubled workplace.
